Such an approach helps in removing natural oils and dirt particles from the skin. So naturally, the pads will not be catching up on these impurities while being attached to the skin.

Once used, before packing the pads for TENS machine, you must make sure that they are also being cleaned properly. Wipe the surface of the pads with clean water and then pat them dry before putting away. Never use strong cleansing agents to wipe the surface of these pads. That would result in making the pads loose on their stickiness within a shorter duration. Make sure you don’t expose the pads directly to the sunlight. That also results in making the pads catch up on dirt and other impurities.

Compatible pads for EMS machine are available in the market. However, you must focus on the device being used. Make sure that the pad being purchased is perfectly compatible with the device being used.
